Your First EES Healing Exercise
The 3-Minute Clarity Reset (Feel the effects immediately) This simple exercise is designed to help you center yourself, release emotional tension, and experience a sense of calm and focus.
Step 1: Breathe into Calm Sit in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, counting to 4. Hold the breath for a count of 4, then slowly release it through your mouth for another count of 4. Repeat this cycle 4 times, focusing on the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body.
Step 2: Release Emotional Tension Now, identify a single emotion that feels heavy or overwhelming right now. It could be stress, anger, sadness, or anxiety. Visualize this emotion as a tight knot in your chest. With each exhale, imagine the knot loosening and releasing. Continue this visualization as you breathe deeply, letting the emotion melt away like smoke drifting out of your body.
Step 3: Affirm Your Resilience Once you feel lighter, place your hand over your heart and say out loud:“I am releasing what no longer serves me. I am resilient. I am free.”Repeat this affirmation three times, allowing its truth to resonate deeply within you.
Step 4: Embrace Your New State Take a final deep breath in, holding onto the sense of peace you’ve cultivated. When you're ready, gently open your eyes, bringing this calm awareness back with you into the present moment.
