Important Things to know before You start:

*You Need A Credit Card on hand for filing fees.*

- Nonprofit organizations can sell subscriptions, items and services.

- DBA(s) must run publication ads for an amount of time stipulated by each state.

- 501c3 Nonprofits are exempt from federal income tax.

Usually charities, churches, private foundations, etc

501c3 Documents must be filed with IRS to get Exempt Status.

- You may list Yourself as your Registered Agent.

- Virtual addresses are acceptable for business locations, but Not P.O. Boxes.
