- Nonprofit organizations can sell subscriptions, items and services.

- DBA(s) must run publication ads for an amount of time stipulated by each state.

501c3 Documents must be filed with IRS to get Exempt Status.

What You Need to Know :

- You may list Yourself as your Registered Agent.

- Virtual addresses are acceptable for business locations, but Not P.O. Boxes.
