Once You Add Needs, the need of the needs are accessed, openly,

Through Community Polling.

Current community resources will be evaluated for current programs.

If No program exists for resolution, steps will be taken,

To create a new program to address the needs of an issue to be resolved.

Community Programs created through Create Community are specific,

To its community's needs submitted by community members

And prioritized through majority votes in Create Community Forums.
